Returns

We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

All returns are processed through our third-party provider, Printful. Please follow their return instructions, which can be found in your order confirmation or by contacting us directly.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or customer error during ordering.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges if the item is defective or you received the wrong item. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

Shipping

Shipping is currently available within Canada only. Shipping costs vary depending on the item and destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the error was ours.
